Cobb's Landing Community has an official Little Lending Library!
A voluntary fundraiser was successfully organized to purchase this weather resistant Little Library plus post. It is installed at the Marina park, at the entrance of the playground. Feel free to borrow books and drop them off to be lent! Children's books are particularly appreciated.
Food Truck on Select Fridays
Various food trucks are invited to our Marina parking lot to participate
Check this page for MENU and pre-order link during select months with featured food truck. Or place an order when you arrive. Food trucks open for in-person ordering and pick up at 5pm. Take home a delicious dinner for the family or enjoy eating in the park at a picnic table with neighbors and friends.

Please place items at your curb the night before to assure they are picked up. NO hazardous items such as: NO modern TV or computer electronics, NO batteries or tires, NO construction debris, NO landscape waste, and NO paint or solvents. (See hazardous drop off site info below).
REGULAR TRASH PICKUP is twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycle is on Wednesdays. There are only three Holidays whereby trash pickup is delayed by one day: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Trash service is fully included in your annual assessment.
Cobb's Landing NEW Community Pier is Finished!
The Cobb's Landing Community Pier is open to Cobb's Landing residents and their invited guests. Residents may elect to receive an assigned serialized Key Fob that opens both the Community Pier gate and the Tennis Court door. Just like our other amenities, Community Key Fobs are the property of Cobb's Landing Association and will be issued to homeowners who submit a signed Community Key Fob agreement with a required $50 refundable deposit. The re-design project was commissioned in December 2022 to repair and re-plank the inside finger pier of existing 12 usable boat slips, bringing the total boat slips to 28, and to remodel the outside finger pier into an 85 foot long flat platform for broader Community use as a waterfront viewing pier for coffee in the morning, taking photos, fishing by residents, watching space shuttle launches, and in general enjoying this new Community amenity.

COBB'S LANDING MARINA
Marina Boat Slips are available to lease by residents for $550 plus tax per year, with an additional one time $50 refundable deposit for a Marina Gate key. Currently there are 28 boat slips available for leasing. All keys are the property of Cobb's Landing. If all slips are leased, a waiting list is established.
A gated Community Marina Ramp is available for use by Cobb's Landing residents only. There is a one time $150 refundable deposit for a Marina Ramp key. Many residents use the ramp to launch boats or jet skis kept in their garage or elsewhere. Ramp keys are the property of Cobb's Landing.
There is NO fishing, NO diving, and NO swimming allowed from the Marina pier or any property boardwalks or walkways due to strict insurance mandate. However fishing is fully allowed on the new Community pier (past gate entry) by residents using the large platform at the end. And of course fishing is fully allowed on Lake Tarpon in boats taken out into the lake, not moored at the Marina.
