How to get Tennis Gate Key Fobs
Tennis courts are for use by Cobb's Landing residents and their invited guests only. Non-resident guests must be accompanied by residents also playing. Tennis gate key fobs are the property of Cobb's Landing. They are available for a refundable $100 deposit and may be requested using the Request Form below. Deposit is refunded when key is returned. ONLY tennis is allowed, no pickleball, no skateboarding, no bike riding, and no pets other than service animals. See Rules Sheet for full list.

Please place items at your curb the night before to assure they are picked up. NO hazardous items such as: NO modern TV or computer electronics, NO batteries or tires, NO construction debris, NO landscape waste, and NO paint or solvents. (See hazardous drop off site info below).
COBB'S LANDING MARINA
Marina Boat Slips are available to lease by residents for $550 plus tax per year, with an additional one time $50 refundable deposit for a Marina Gate key. Currently there are 16 boat slips with 12 more slips being refurbished to total 28 boat slips. All keys are the property of Cobb's Landing. If all slips are leased, a waiting list is established.
A gated Community Marina Ramp is available for use by Cobb's Landing residents only. There is an annual use fee of $150 plus tax, with an additional one time $150 refundable deposit for a Marina Ramp key. Many residents use the ramp to launch boats or jet skis kept in their garage or elsewhere. Ramp keys are the property of Cobb's Landing.
There is NO fishing. NO diving, and NO swimming allowed from the current Marina pier or boardwalks due to strict insurance mandate.. Once open the new Community pier will allow fishing by residents ONLY from the large platform at the end, but nowhere else in the Marina Park. Fishing is fully allowed on Lake Tarpon in boats taken out into the lake, not moored.

Redesign for Cobb's Landing Community Pier
The improved Cobb's Landing Community Pier will be amazing and the envy of many other communities.
Major repair of the west pier has been in the plans for well over five years. Dependent on permitting approval timeline, we hope to complete this project before Spring 2024.
A new design plan was commissioned in December 2022 to repair and re-plank the inside finger pier to keep the existing 12 usable boat slips, bringing the total boat slips to 28, and to remodel the outside finger pier into one long flat platform for broader Community use as a waterfront viewing pier for coffee in the morning, taking photos, fishing by residents, watching space shuttle launches, and in general enjoying this amenity.
Reserve money has been accumulating for this project to be fully funded without any additional assessment.
A Marine Engineer expert was hired in Fall 2022 to assist in the required and complex application process. All three applications have been submitted. We are awaiting approval from each agency to begin the renovation work.
